Junior Drywall Finisher
The Junior Drywall Finisher is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to start a career in drywall. This role primarily involves assisting your crew with various tasks while learning the fundamentals of drywall installation and finishing techniques. The Junior Drywall Finisher will gain hands-on experience and training, with the potential to progress to a Drywall Finisher as skills develop. The Junior Drywall Finisher reports to the Crew Lead.
Drywall Finisher
The Drywall Finisher is responsible for repairing cracks, sealing joints, smoothing out imperfections, and creating smooth surfaces ready for painting. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all equipment and materials used on each project. The Drywall Finisher reports to the Crew Lead.
Assistant Crew Lead
The Assistant Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing drywall finishing projects and coordinating team activities. This role ensures that work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards and provides leadership in the absence of a Crew Lead. The Assistant Crew Lead reports to the Crew Lead.
Crew Lead
The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of drywall finishing projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards while managing the crew effectively. The Crew Lead serves as the primary point of contact for project coordination and communication with the Field Operations Manager. This role includes providing leadership, training, and support to the crew, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Senior Crew Lead
The Senior Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of drywall finishing projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards while managing the crew effectively. The Senior Crew Lead serves as the primary point of contact for project coordination and communication with the Field Operations Manager.
